I start this episode with talking about how the Virgo New Moon on September 17th, 2020 supported changing routines around health + work (don’t worry whenever you read this or listen to the podcast, trust it’s the right time). I give you actionable tips on how you can get back into the kitchen and start a new routine.
Here are some journal prompts for you to get thinking about your routine:
Write this out, open a Goggle doc, or do in your notes on your phone. Give yourself the space to write for 5-10 minutes.
NOTE: You can answer these questions around food, work or anything you want to work on.
1. What part of my routine or perhaps my old routine do I need to let go of?
2. What does my ideal day look like TODAY, where I am right now?
3. What actions do I need to take to support living my ideal day?
4. What could get in my way of living this? Do I need support (coach, course, friend, family)?
5. Schedule it in your calendar now. Example: I want to write my grocery list + plan my menu for the week ahead on Fridays, I will set up a reoccurring calendar reminder.
