How are you taking action today towards your creative dreams? There is a difference between wanting and saying (to everyone) that you want to create something and actually doing the darn thing!
I had a conversation with Zorana Ivcevic Pringle this week that inspired me to take action and launch my new private podcast! We talked about her new book The Creativity Choice. I can’t wait for you to hear her on the podcast soon.
The first episode of my new private is called, “Put That Guilt Back in Your Pocket”. I am sharing BTS actionable tips to support your creative practice + Micro Workshops. You can upgrade for the price of a cup of coffee per month. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
What’s Nourishing My Creativity This Week:
Making Weekday Apple Cider Mocktails
I celebrated 12 years of being of sober at the beginning of May. It’s not something I share often, but this is the deeper why to my mocktails and the reason that I create them. Sobriety gives me the clarity to tune into myself in order to create. If you are part of my community on Instagram, you know that I make fancy mocktails. However, what I drink regularly is a simple mocktail made with apple cider vinegar, a dropper full of Belly Love tincture from Anima Mundi, a dash of orange bitters, and I top it with seltzer. If you like the tartness of apple cider vinegar, you will love this! Try the Weekday Mocktail

Traveling to Sicily with Victoria Granof
Here is a glimpse inside the first private podcast episode that I will share on Monday. I had some mom guilt pop up, guilt is an unfamiliar feeling for me perhaps, it’s my Aries sun? My philosophy is that I live my fully expressed life. It’s an example to my children that they can do anything they put their heart (and often hard work) towards. For me, that is being in Sicily for the next five days with my client and friend Victoria Granof for her Sicily, My Sweet Retreat with
of Soulful Sicilian Retreats. You can read about the magic of Sicily in her new book Sicily, My Sweet and upgrade to tune into the private podcast on Monday.Joining Attune with Deb D
