I think so often when I get overwhelmed I go ghost, because it all just feels like too much. 2025 is all about giving myself permission to expand my capacity for being seen and being successful. This also means that I have to tend to those parts of me that get overwhelmed, and create lots of space for nothingness, daydreaming, and recharging too!
