75 Summers, Raspberry Vinaigrette, & Creating Your Legacy
"If we're lucky we only get 75 summers, and it made me reframe this summer." —Amanda Kloots
Does this week’s quote hit you as hard as it did for me? If I am lucky, I will get at least 40 more summers, like my neighbor Rhoda, who is still teaching yoga and meditation, gardening, and connecting with her friends.
I worked with a client this week where legacy came up. It might seem frivolous to care about your creations with all the heaviness in the world plus, your own very full life. I hear this and also deeply know it.
Let this be a gentle reminder: Your dreams matter + magic happens when you create space for them. That is why I created something new inspired by my friend
, available only until 8/31.$100 in Her Hand Sessions are spacious 75-minute 1:1 strategy calls (normally $550) to help you root into your message, get unstuck, and take aligned action without putting yourself inside a box.
My intention this month is to support 10 women. Imagine the ripple effect them creating and pressing publish on work? I have two more sessions left. I’d love to help you put your dreams into action Book your session now
What’s Nourishing My Creativity This Week:
Making Raspberry Vinaigrette, Like It’s The 90’s
This is a take on classic raspberry dressing, hello 1990’s. It’s delicious when paired with seasonal veggies and fruits like tomatoes, cucumbers, and peaches; fresh herbs like mint or basil; and tender greens like butterhead lettuce. Serve the dressing mixed in or on the side like I do. Pro Tip: Always remember to season your salad with salt and pepper. It makes it taste so much better! Make Raspberry Vinaigrette
