Who are you being kind to today? I was kind to the woman working at Walgreens (pharmacy) the other day, while I was picking out makeup for a branding photoshoot in New York City. She helped me find what I needed and I was so grateful!
While I was checking out, the woman who helped me with the makeup went behind the counter, and handed me goodie bag filled with makeup and self care items and said, “Happy Valentine’s Day!
I was shocked and I cried right there in the drug store. It was so unexpected, thoughtful, and a New York City moment. There is light out there, we have be it, and remember to look for it.
Reminder: It costs you nothing to be kind. Perhaps, it’s hearting a post here on Substack. Sending a text message to someone you love or even better pick up the phone! And, maybe, it’s being kind to yourself?

Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
I went to Trader Joe’s this morning. They had a note that it was one dozen of eggs limit, per customer, due to the egg shortage. Yesterday, the only eggs at Whole Foods were $12.99 a dozen. If you have eggs cooking them with intention is key! Here is how to boil them perfectly. Pro Tip: I no longer boil a full dozen of eggs. I cook six eggs at a time so they stay fresher. Omg ..first, let me say, I love how touched you were by a strangers act of kindness and even moreso that this women took time out of her day to bring joy to a stranger while at work.
Second, I knew we were soulfully connected. I've don't part of the ACIM course. It was intense so I backed out of my group after day 70 or so last year. Let's connect more about this as I would reconsider joining a group. ❤️
Loved listening to the voiceover and live edits! It felt like we were on a call 💖
